In order to help teachers feel more equipped on the subject, ‘Stream’ was created as a class-room Coding resource. This campaign, ‘Stream: It’s Not a Puzzle,’ introduces high school students to the diverse and expressive nature of the coding field, promoting creative expression and fun interactions between the student and the content. Holding the key value of child-like curiosity and playfulness, this concept strives to break down the content into easily digestible lessons and activities. It engages students with its interactivity and fun visual language, being stress-free and uncomplicated. Unlike
a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.
Inspired by the language and glyphs of coding, a graphic language of abstract, organic shapes was formed. These shapes exaggerate, simplify and play with the formation of symbols. This visual language was then adapted into numerous different applications which make up the brand identity.
The website uses the key graphic language of the brand, instantly engaging the target market with the interactive design,
in the form of a background that tracks the user’s mouse and interactive buttons to afford navigation through the site.
The business card designs would be flexible, featuring different shapes for the various individuals in the company. Different colours would work as identifiers for where in the company that individual works, such as red as the marketing division.
Merchandise - Notebooks and Tote bags
Outdoor Advertising - Electronic advertisements would draw attention to the brand, catching a passerbyer's eye with subtle motion. It includes a call to action in the form of a QR code and a website.
Wayfinding advertisements - Interactive and designed to inspire a child-like playfulness, stepping or jumping from one shape to another like on a hopscotch.
